Aesthetic genital operations include a variety of surgical and non-surgical procedures and are a newly developing field of medicine. It is also accepted in the field of "Cosmetic Gynecology". Apart from gynecologists, plastic surgeons, urologists, urogynecologists, dermatologists, and dermosurgeons are interested in this field. In addition, the non-surgical part is in the interest of general practitioners and medical aestheticians. The incredible increase in patient demands all over the world has also led to the orientation of physicians to aesthetic genital surgery courses. The intricacies in aesthetic genital surgery procedures that are not included in the residency programs are tried to be resolved by training of some institutions and associations.
ISAGSS (International Society of Aesthetic Genital Surgery and Sexology) is an international association founded in 2017 and provides training, workshops, and conferences in different parts of the world, more often in Istanbul. To date, more than 1000 physicians from different parts of the world have attended ISAGSS courses and received hands-on training.
ISAGSS is the only association in the world that bridges the fields of aesthetic gynecology and sexology. Scientific-based medicine is always essential in our training.
Assoc Prof Süleyman Eserdağ who is the founder and international trainer of the ISAGSS has given many hands-on trainings in Turkey, Austria, Azerbaijan, Northern Cyprus, The Philippines, Indonesia, Pakistan, United Arab Emirates, and in India since 2015.
Although many physicians associate aesthetic genital surgery with the term cosmetic gynecology, this field actually includes many different functional procedures as well. Treatments of lichen sclerosus, lichen planus, genitourinary syndrome (GUS) of menopause, pelvic floor diseases, urinary incontinence, and sexual dysfunctions are just some of these functional managements. Therefore, instead of using “cosmetic gynecology”, the term "cosmetic and functional gynecology" would be much more accurate.
Our aesthetic genital surgery courses include some surgical and non-surgical procedures within a 3-day intensive program. Labiaplasty, vaginal tightening (surgical vaginal rejuvenation),perineoplasty, hymenoplasty, liposuction and lipofilling procedures which are most frequently asked procedures by surgeons are the surgical part of our hands on courses.
Laser vaginal rejuvenation, urinary incontinence treatments, sexual pleasure and orgasm treatments with genital radiofrequency, genital PRP, O shot and G Shot procedures, hyaluronic acid injections into the labia majora and vagina, genital area bleaching treatments, genital thread applications, carboxytherapy, mesotherapy treatments are among some non-surgical applications in our hands on trainings and courses. Especially in recent years, SVF (Stromal vascular fraction) containing stem cells, micro fat grafting, and nano fat applications are among the regenerative and functional methods applied for different treatment purposes that take part in our trainings as well.
In our aesthetic genital surgery courses, all participating physicians have the opportunity to see the procedures and apply them one-on-one with a senior mentor.
Turkey becomes a leading country in health tourism as well as medical hands-on trainings. The ISAGSS genital aesthetic hands-on courses we do in Turkey are given 2 or 3 times a year. These courses usually include an intensive 3-day training program. The first day of the training is spent with didactic presentations from 8:30 AM until 7:00 PM. Presentations are held in a 5-star hotel’s meeting room. The 2nd and 3rd days of the course include live surgeries in a hospital. Operations are generally performed as surgical and non-surgical combined procedures so that each participating physician has the chance to see and apply many different procedures.
The surgical and non-surgical operations in cosmetic gynecology training are “full hands-on”. In other words, each physician participates in the operations sterilely and actively, accompanied by a mentor. The aim is not just to observe, but to learn by practicing one-on-one with a senior mentor. Genital aesthetic hands-on tutorials are the ideal way to learn!
There are many reasons for you to attend ISAGSS training. ISAGSS scientific-based hands-on training is the most comprehensive course in Europe and the Middle East. While it is not possible to be involved in and assist operations in a sterile manner in many regions of Europe, ISAGSS training offers many opportunities to the participants in this sense.

Yes. We set up a WhatsApp group before the aesthetic genital surgery course, and do not close it after the course. Thus, our graduates have the opportunity to consult their mentors about their post-course operations and cases.
According to our observations, many participating physicians can perform genital aesthetic surgery and non-surgical procedures after our courses. Of course, the experience will increase rapidly in parallel with the number of operations performed over time.
